Rewards Program: Terms and Conditions

Please review these Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (“Rewards Terms”) carefully. Previously, the Rewards Program operated as a unified program under the name Party Pass Rewards; however these Rewards Terms supersede those applicable to Party Pass Rewards. By joining or participating in the Rewards Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these Rewards Terms, as well as any terms referenced herein. 

These Rewards Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Ya Ya Creations, Inc. when you visit, use, or interact with www.eFavormart.com  (“eFavormart”, “we”, or “us”). By participating in the Rewards Program or using any membership benefits, you consent to eFavormart’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which may be updated at eFavormart’s discretion. Your continued use of the eFavormart website after any amendments constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The Rewards Program allows Members to earn Party Points (“Points”) for qualifying purchases on www.eFavormart.com. Accumulation of Points is subject to the program rules described in these Rewards Terms, and earned points are redeemable for store credit only (referred to as “Party Cash”). All Reward Program benefits, offers, and features are subject to availability and may be changed by us at any time without prior notice.

To maintain a fair and secure Program, we may investigate any instances of fraud, misuse, or abuse. Such investigations could lead to the cancellation of membership or the loss of earned rewards. You may not use your Rewards in a misleading, unfair, harmful, or illegal manner. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the automatic suspension or cancellation of your Account without prior notice. Duplicate Rewards Program accounts may be suspended, canceled, or merged at eFavormart's discretion.

Participation in the eFavormart Rewards Program is free of charge. Membership in the Program and the associated Rewards are non-transferable and intended solely for the personal use of the individual eFavormart account holder (“User”, or “Member”). Rewards and benefits from qualifying transactions may only be utilized by the User. Rewards cannot be sold, encumbered, or transferred to any third party in any manner.

  • 1. ENROLLMENT & WITHDRAWAL

  • To enroll in the Rewards Program, provide your email address and create an account password at www.eFavormart.com. Existing users, who enrolled prior to November 15, 2024, should be aware that their Rewards will be honored in line with these Rewards Terms. Party Points accumulation is not retroactive and can only be collected on new orders after the original Party Pass Rewards Program’s effective date of November 23, 2023. Every existing user joining the Program begins in the Party Person tier and Party Points will be accumulated from the first order, regardless of order history.

    eFavormart reserves the right to restrict program participation and enrollment. Members are encouraged to provide accurate information, update their account profiles, and keep their Account sign-in details safe and secure. eFavormart is not liable for any losses resulting from Members' failure to maintain up-to-date contact information, including the inability to earn or redeem Party Points and other member benefits.

    Rewards Program Withdrawal - If you wish to withdraw from the Rewards Program for any reason whatsoever, please contact Customer Service at sales@efavormart.com.

    2. EARN PARTY POINTS

    Party Points - Party Points are issued by eFavormart and may be earned by spending Qualifying Dollars (the actual amount spent in USD after discounts and excluding any taxes on a regular order that has not been returned or refunded) on the purchase of products. To earn Party Points, users must be active members of the eFavormart Rewards Program. Party Points are earned and accumulated depending on the membership tier at the time an order is placed. The Member Tiers are defined below:

    •  Party Person: Entry level into the program (Tier 1). Two (2) Party Points are earned per $1 USD spent on qualifying product purchases. Example: Spend $50 USD, earn 100 Party Points.

    •  Party Planner: Mid level into the program (Tier 2). Four (4) Party Points are earned per $1 USD spent on qualifying product purchases. Example: Spend $50 USD, earn 200 Party Points.

    •  Party Pro: High level into the program (Tier 3). Six (6) Party Points are earned per $1 USD spent on qualifying product purchases. Example: Spend $50 USD, earn 300 Party Points.

      The Party Planner and Party Pro member tiers are awarded based on qualifying purchase history for the preceding calendar year. Membership tiers reset to Party Person if a Member’s qualifying purchase history falls below the designated threshold associated with each tier. 

      The types of Party Points also vary, as described below:

      •  Party Points: Standard Points may be earned on any qualifying product purchases and are subject to these program rules.

      •  Promotional (“Special”) Party Points: Special points earned during promotional periods and certain marketing campaigns are classified as Promotional Party Points. Promotional Points may be earned in addition to standard Points or at a specified promotional rate. Promotional Points are subject to expiration within the specified promotional period.

        Earning Additional Bonus Points - In addition to earning Party Points through purchases, members can earn additional Party Points (“Bonus Points”) by completing designated tasks on eFavormart. Qualifying tasks may include: subscribing to our newsletter, following us on Instagram, liking or sharing on Facebook. 

        eFavormart reserves the right to modify or change any Member Rewards and the criteria for earning Points at its discretion without prior notice. We reserve the right to void any points or terminate a member's account if any misuse of the Rewards Program is detected.

        3. UNDERSTANDING PARTY POINTS

        Party Points are subject to redemption, a period of time where points are pending, and expiration:

        •  Automatic Redemption: Upon accumulating 500 Party Points, those points will be automatically redeemed for Party Cash, which will be credited to the User Rewards account and deducted from your Party Points balance.

        •  Order Returns: In the event that an order is returned after fulfillment, the corresponding Party Points earned on that order will be automatically deducted from your balance on a pro-rata basis.

        •  Pending Points: Party Points are added to your account as “Pending” for the first fifteen (15) days following order fulfillment. Once the 15 day waiting period has lapsed your Party Points status will be updated to “Issued” and may be redeemed.

        •  Expiration: Party Points expire one (1) year after having been credited. Promotional Party Points earned from promotional campaigns shall expire in accordance with the promotional period. If expiration occurs, the affected points will be deducted from your Party Points balance. For details regarding expiration, please refer to the Expiration tab. Additionally, if no purchases are made within a three-year period, your Party Points will reset to zero.

          Special Rewards - refers to the exclusive Special Rewards section for querying the additional points earned during promotional periods, collectively referred to as “Special Party Points”, along with your “Special Party Cash”. During promotional periods, depending on your membership tier, you can earn additional multipliers of Promotional Points.  

          REDEEMING PARTY CASH 

          Party Cash - Party Points can only be redeemed for Party Cash for purchases on www.efavormart.com. Each $1 of Party Cash is equivalent to $1 USD of store credit and may be applied to your order total at the checkout page. If you have multiple Party Cash amounts available, the system will apply the Party Cash with the earliest expiration date(s) to your order. We may change, suspend, or end any aspect of the Rewards program at any time.

          Party Cash Expiration -  If you have any Rewards that may expire soon, we may choose to notify you (including, but not limited to emails, texts, and/or push notifications)

          •  Party Cash: Expires one year from the date of issuance.

          •  Special Party Cash: Expires in accordance with the promotional period, which may be updated at eFavormart’s discretion.

            Non-Refundable Party Cash - Party Cash is not eligible for a refund. If your order utilized Party Cash, that Party Cash will not be refunded in the event of an order return.

            Application of Party Cash: When Party Cash is utilized at checkout, the order total will be discounted immediately. The Party Cash with the earliest expiration date will be selected for spending by default during payment confirmation. Upon completion of the order, the system will adjust your Party Cash balance accordingly.

            PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP TIERS AND BENEFITS

            Members can enjoy varying benefits based on their membership tier in the Rewards Program, progress is determined by your spending within the past calendar year. Customers will be assigned the higher tier of their year-to-date sales or their previous year's spending. To maintain your current membership tier, you must meet the spending requirements within the given timeframe. For further details, please visit eFavormart Rewards

            eFavormart reserves the right to periodically review all member accounts and their associated tiers within the Rewards Program. Based on this review, eFavormart may refuse or revoke access to any tier if deemed necessary, including but not limited to instances of non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions or any fraudulent activity. In such instances, any applicable Rewards or benefits associated with the affected tier may be forfeited.

            PROGRAM COMMUNICATIONS

            By participating in the Program, members agree to receive marketing communications related to the Program, including, but not limited to emails, texts, and/or push notifications. These communications may include general marketing messages, reminders about expiring Rewards, promotional offers, event notifications, and other related materials regarding Party Points, Party Cash, and the Program. At any point, members can opt-out of receiving marketing communications by unsubscribing or adjusting their email preferences in their online accounts. See our Privacy Policy for more information. 

            NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE

            Because this Program involves the collection of personal information, such as your email address upon enrollment, it might be interpreted as a “financial incentive program” under California law or a “bona fide loyalty program” under Colorado law. Under California law, the value of the personal information provided to us is related to the value of the free or discounted products or services, as well as other other benefits provided under the Program, less any expenses related to offering the Program or associated products and services. You may choose not to engage in the Program, and you may withdraw from participating in the Program at any time by using the method described above. 

            CHANGES TO PROGRAM AND TERMINATION

            eFavormart reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make changes at any time without prior notice to Members, including to modify Program benefits, adjust the way Rewards are earned, calculated, or redeemed, change point values or expiration dates, and alter, terminate, or discontinue the Program, or merge it with another loyalty Program.

            All changes become effective immediately upon updating these Terms and Conditions. By continuing to participate in the Program, you accept these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent modifications. All eFavormart decisions related to the Reward Program are final.
