Ribbon ties are not strong

I opened this curtain excited to see how it works. One of the ribbons that is used to tie together is hanging on by a thread literally. That would be horrible for the backdrop to come undone at an event. I ordered ahead to prepare for issues like this. Now I have to return and reorder and hope this was a fluke…
