February 14th is just around the corner, and chances are, you are planning for a St. Valentine’s party. Whether you are intending to enjoy a romantic dinner with the love of your life or going to host a friends’ get together, a dinner table will be a key part of your feast. In case you still haven’t come up with a lovely tablescape idea, don’t get despaired – inspired by Love and our customers’ desire to create memorable moments, we’ve assembled this romantic setup to trigger your creativity!
Linens
When it comes to assembling a tablescape, table linens should be the first thing to be taken into consideration. Since the upcoming holiday is all about love and passion, we’ve decided to start things off with our red satin round tablecloth. If you want to go for a more economical route, try our disposable table covers. Though satin is a festivity in itself, adding an attractive table runner was a wise idea. In order to bring some volume into our setup and make the colors rock, we’ve spread our blush polyester runner and topped it off with our red organza sheer sash (if we had used a runner instead, it would have blended in with the polyester runner underneath) – the combo has appeared to be a match made in heaven! Once all the table linens were on, we’ve proceeded with the chairs – as you can see, our choice was our spandex rosette satin sash, which complemented our Chiavari chairs beautifully.
Place Settings
The next thing that catches the eye is place settings. No matter which foods you are going to serve, a pinch of creativity from your side can make your invitees’ dining experience memorable. It’s highly recommended to pay particular attention to charger plates. In order to moderate the effect of the reds, we’ve decided on our rose gold acrylic chargers, which appeared to play along with the blush polyester runner in an elegant manner. Since rose gold strikes a perfect match with other metallic hues, our white dinner plates with silver rims and silver flatware have made the charger pop. For a personalized touch, we’ve transformed our blush polyester napkins into charming love letter envelopes “secured” with heart-shaped decorative seals made from our glitter foam sheets.
Centerpiece
It goes without saying that the main purpose of a centerpiece is to grab the viewers’ attention and tie the entire tablescape together. When it comes to St. Valentine’s Day, you can’t go wrong with white and red long-stem roses. Of course, you can always go for fresh-cut blooms, but in order to save yourself from unnecessary fuss, we strongly recommend you look no further than our artificial red roses and cream long-stem silk rose flowers – despite being made from silk, they are hard to be distinguished from their natural counterparts. To dispel any doubts, you can fill our glass cylinder vase with water and display the roses in it!
Additional Décor
When it comes to design, details are everything. To complement the flower vase and achieve a balanced appearance, we’ve let our apothecary jars hit the spotlight. For a cohesive look, we’ve filled them with matching candy (as you may guess, it’s not obligatory – you can fill these jars with anything, from LED cubes and plants to figurines and string lights). To create a romantic ambiance, we’ve arranged mismatched candles and holders, including our globe design holder, white and red heart-shaped tea lights, LED votives, and white votives in red candle holders. In the end, we’ve displayed a bottle of bubbly in our red organza favor bag and have finished things off by scattering our heart-shaped rose petals.
